Q: I do not live in the Atlanta area. Can I still use your buying service?

A: Absolutely! We can deliver cars anywhere in the Continental US. If you prefer to pick up in Atlanta for a road-trip back home, we can arrange pick-up service for you from Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.

 

Q: Will I have to pay a fee for the buying service?

A: Only if you purchase a car through us. Our fee is 5% of the car’s appraised value (or $1799 minimum). However, we typically save clients 5-10% on their purchase. Our fee usually pays for itself.

If you do not purchase a car through us, we will not charge a fee.

 

Q: Which kinds of vehicles are eligible for the buying service?

A: For now, this service is generally limited to sport & luxury vehicles with under 70,000 miles and collectible vehicles. Let us know what you are looking for, and we will confirm if we will be able to find it for you.

 

Q: I’m not sure what I want.  I need to test drive different cars to decide!  May I?

A: In many cases, yes. If you are still deciding on a model, we will attempt to locate vehicles available for test drives in your area.

 

Q: What if I decide I don’t like the car after I have purchased it and had it delivered to me? Can I return it?

A: Yes, we accept returns.  However, you may have to pay a buyback fee depending on the circumstances.

If the car has cosmetic and/or mechanical defects that were not disclosed before the purchase, we will buy back the car for a 100% refund. If the car is as described but you simply do not like it, you will pay the buyback fee.  This is difference between the “buyback price” (usually the car’s trade-in value) and the sales price.
